Well this is it. I’m finally on my own. It’s been about a day and a half since I’ve been on my own. My friends and family helped me move in yesterday and it was a pretty easy process although I had to endure it all while maintaining a hangover. But that’s neither here nor there. There weren’t many big items to move; just my desk and my bed. So even though I’m not in my old room anymore, at least I’m still sleeping on my same bed that I’ve had for a while now. Honestly, it still hasn’t hit me that I’m on my own. Well it has but it hasn’t. It’s all hitting me little by little. The biggest jolt by the fact that I’m on my own was when my family was getting ready to leave to go home. I actually cried a little. Not sobbing crying, but a tear left my eye and fell to the ground. That happened when I was saying “goodbye” to my mom. I asked her one thing before she left. I asked, “Mom, are you proud of me?” She said, “Of course I am. I‘m going to miss you.” She said that right before she hugged me and squeezed me tight, reluctant to let go. It really made me sad. I tried to hold my emotions in but I didn’t care. At the same time it made me glad to know I had emotions, to know I truly felt something. It’s good to feel something. It shows you have a soul. It shows you are a human being with compassion and a heart. But overall, I was more sad than happy. I was going to miss these people. My family. The people I’ve lived with for 18 years won’t be there the next morning when I wake up. They are only an hour and a half away. But it’s not like we’ll be making that trip all the time. I’ll probably try to visit as much as I can though.
I’m actually tearing up right now just thinking about it. Isn’t that what life is supposed to be? Making your parents proud? They give you the gift of life and all you can do in return is make them proud to have had you. It sucks when parents don’t feel proud. You do something in hopes of getting their approval and they dismiss it. Everyone should be proud, because everyone is good at something. That something doesn’t have to be what someone else is good at. Everyone must find their own thing. I’m still looking for mine. I’m good at school because I’m good at doing things other people tell me. How awful does that sound? I don’t like to teach myself anything because I’m probably to scared to fail. I give myself the excuse that I want to learn from the best so I can be the best, but that comes from shear fear. I honestly don’t know much about anything. I don’t know much about life. I feel that the school system has failed me. School is just regurgitating facts back out at the teachers so they feel that they taught you something, even though you forget it all a couple weeks later. I think school is just a test. Well everything up to high school is anyway. It’s a test to see whether or not you can handle the forcing of information onto you. Most of the stuff we will never see again. They just test us to see that we are capable of learning something and progressing as a person. Once we pass the test, then what? After years and years of listening to someone tell you everything and you repeat it right back to them, what do you do? They’re not always going to be there telling you what to do. That is what is so messed up about school. All your life, you’ve been told what to do. Then at the end of all that, they just throw you out there and say “go do it.” But do what? No one is going to hold your hand forever and guide you through life. One day you’re going to be on your own. And it’s going to be scary. I’m scared right now. Scared of the world. Scared of the people in the world. Scared of what will become of me in my life. Will I succeed? Will I fail? Will I be happy? Will I be sad? Everything can all end in an instant. It’s scary to think that, but it happens. Mistakes do happen, some more damaging than others. I’m afraid to make mistakes. But good things happen from mistakes. Hopefully. Because you can learn from those mistakes. If you don’t learn anything, you’ve wasted an opportunity to grow.
So I’m sitting here in my studio apartment on my laptop all by myself with my half-empty Bud Light can next to me. Yes I said “half-empty” because “half-full” just doesn’t fit with the tone of this essay. I don’t think that thinking the can is half-empty is a bad thing because it just means you miss what was once there. You enjoyed what was there and now it’s gone. As long as you enjoyed it while it was there, I think that is a good thing. I’m talking right now as if I’m high on medical marijuana or something, but I assure you I am not. I’ve been in this room all day because I don’t know what to do outside. I’m not the type of person to go up to someone and introduce myself. For those of you who know me know that this is incredibly true. I’m not going to jump in the pool and swim next to some random people and say “Hi, can I join you?” I’ll probably wait to meet people in my classes. Other than that, it looks like I might be in this room for a while. Actually early this morning I talked to the management because roaches showed up in my apartment. Yes I am living in a roach-infested apartment. Fascinating, right? Anyways, I reported the bug problem to them and the bug guy will come here on Wednesday. It’s Sunday today. You do the math. So instead of wait while bugs crawl by the soles of my feet, I went to Target to buy some bug spray and other essential items; which reminds me, I need to buy one of those shower hanger things to put the soap and stuff on. It’s a lot of effort to bend over for soap. For those of you wondering, I do shower alone. The only downside is sharing the bathroom with the apartment next to me. Oh well. As long as he doesn’t rush me while I’m taking a shit, I’ll be fine. I like sitting on the toilet for a long time. I know it’s bad for you, but it’s enjoyable. I can read my books and magazines and catch up on my thoughts. Sometimes I’m on it for so long that my legs fall asleep. Is that bad? Probably. Do I do it anyway? Yes, I do.
I think that this is it for now. I have other things on my mind but I’m not going to share them with the internet universe. Some things should be kept private. Anyways, tomorrow I’m going to try to explore the town around me. I plan on visiting my future school again and locating the buildings where my classes are. Sounds like a good plan. I’ll let you know if I follow through with them.

Fifty-Fifth Day
"I was drunk and angry and stupid... and blogging."
My life is so routine it's ridiculous. I need something to do. I need an idea. (inside joke). One more year hopefully. One more year till I hopefully move out to a school that is far far away. Well not too far. Still in California, but not commuting distance. Nothing seems to be new anymore. Seeing re-runs and remakes only makes it worse. Doesn't anyone try to think of something new for a change? No. Why you ask? Because it's not worth it. There's always the risk factor. What does it come down to? Money. Why take the risk with something new when you can redo something that was already popular once before? No imagination. No effort. Laziness. I am writing this to you because I need something to keep me busy from writing my personal statements that I need to apply to UC's. For you foreign students (you know who you are), UC stands for University of California. With Cal States, we just fill in the blanks. What classes have you taken, and what grades have you gotten. Now for UC's, they want to know what makes you, "you." (I'm probably going to have a bunch of punctuation errors so go screw yourself for caring. This is a blog, not an editorial in the New Yorker). One more year... dot dot dot. New challenges. New excitements. How great, right? Not really. I'm sure I'll just fall back into routine one I get things going again. It's all a cycle. It's all a bubble. Once that bubble bursts, we're all screwed. I quote a lot. So forgive me. I have nothing or no one to write about, but for those of you with a 20 second attention span, you probably haven't even gotten this far on this blog. Why read right? Why not just be told everything? Follow directions and stick to them. Don't do things for yourself. No. That's thinking outside of the box. That's going against everything that they teach you. Read this. Write that. Think this. Do that. Blah. Blah. But wait. Wait a minute. Once you come up with an idea, an idea that can actually sell. They want it. It's then that they'll give you some consideration. So let's not celebrate the creative, let's celebrate the lazy. I'm not saying I'm the hardest worker out there. Because I'm not. I'm blogging for Christ's sake. I'm not out there working my ass off to support myself. Because I am already supported. I'm sheltered. And there lies the problem. Everyone's sheltered these days. (Now until we're 26). I haven't re-read this thing or proofread it, so if it sounds ridiculous, I apologize. But let's face it, maybe 1 person will make it this far. And for you I say, "thanks." Until next time, keep your head up.

Day 54
I've been having pretty weird dreams lately. So I am taking this opportunity to document them to have them saved for years and years to come; well at least until blogspot goes under. Let's be honest, with the economy where it is right now, anything can go.
But that's not the point. The point is that my dreams have been pretty crazy the past few nights. Must be the drugs. Just kidding. I don't, nor have I ever, done illegal substances. For the record, this blog does not condone, nor does it encourage the use of harmful drugs.
Back to the point. Here is a story of one of the dreams I do remember quite vividly. You don't have to read it if you do not wish to, but it's for pure entertainment purposes only. So let's begin.
The sun is beginning to rise and I can see it's light pierce through my window shades. I think it's morning so I try to get enough energy to get myself out of bed. I lay there for a while, staring at the ceiling. It's summer time, so unless I have something truly important to do, I take my time in bed. Finally I bring myself to my feet and walk towards the door. I reach for the doorknob and slowly turn it. A lady is standing on the other side. A little startled, I ask who she is... No answer. I ask what she was doing there. She responds, "Hello, Brian. How have you been?" I say I'm doing just fine. She asks me if I would like to feel ten times better, as if I have just awoken from the best sleep of my life. I say, "Sure, that sounds great." She begins to tell me about this procedure that will rejuvenate my body and give me tons of energy. It will make my body look great and make me feel even better. I ask how it works. She says, "All you have to do is go back to sleep and we'll do everything for you." So I do just that. I walk back to my bed and get under the covers. I don't mind trying to fall back asleep again. She leaves and closes the door.
I am awoken by the feeling of someone pulling on my arm. They have a long needle that they stick into the side of my shoulder. It was the same lady I saw earlier. I get a little woozy but my eyes are still open. A man with a doctor's suit and one of those old-fashioned reflector's on his head walks into the room. There's dry blood around the chest of his suit, with wet blood dripping down his stomach. The lady notices I can still move so she sits by my head and puts her arm around my face, her right palm covering my mouth.
From his tray of supplies, the doctor brings out a circular saw and revs it up. I'm still trying to fight my way out of this, but the lady continues to hold me down. The doctor comes closer to me, and begins cutting into the right side of my stomach. I feel the pain but I can't scream. Organs start falling out; stomach first, and liver after. I feel myself throw up inside, but I can't do anything about it. Eventually I pass out from the sight of this awful situation.
I wake up once again for what seemed like hours later. I put my feet on the floor but still sit on the bed. I see marks all over my body and feel the ridges from the cuts. I stand up to try to walk to the door, but another lady storms in. She says, "What are you doing here?!" Confused, I say, "I don't know, but I want to get out!" She says they do this all the time. I ask, "Who?" but she ignores me. All she said to me was that if you wake up before they finish the procedure, it'll be like it never happened. I say, "I'm asleep right now?" She continues her explanation of how none of this is real, and that she has the right drug that can wake me up. I tell her to give it to me quickly so I can get out of there. She shows me the needle, and tells me that the only way to take it is for her to place the needle in the gum behind my lower teeth. By this time, I'll do anything to get out of here. So I lay on my back. She hovers over me and brings the needle out. Slowly, she lowers it into my mouth. I can feel it pierce my gums. I twitch a little. She begins to push down the needle but something goes wrong and it slips. I hear a crack. The needle breaks off. I get worried but I have a feeling that she has another syringe she could easily use to inject the drug. She sits up with her back against the wall, looking terrified. "That's it. There's nothing I could do." I ask, "What do you mean?! I can still get out right?!" We hear footsteps coming towards the door. She says, "They're coming and I don't have anything left. It's over." I get mad. "You have to get me out of here! I can't be stuck here forever!" She keeps repeating to herself in a loud whisper, "It's over."
The footsteps get louder. My adrenaline pumps faster. "Help me!" I'm practically shaking her head off her body. The footsteps reach the door. I turn around and see the doorknob turn. I get up and run towards the door. Right before I get to it, the door swings open and I jump through it. As I'm in the air going into the darkness, a giant force shoves me back and I go flying into the wall behind me.
Right when my back hit the wall, I woke up. This time in real life. It had to be real. It felt real. It was morning the next day. I made it.

Fifty-Third Day
I look to my left and turn the handle. The door pops open and I slowly get out. Walking through the parking lot on that dark Summer night, I could physically feel the invisible heat passing my face with each step. I walk alone towards the building, noticing that the large "W" on the side seems to be a bit brighter than the rest of the letters. Not knowing how to handle the situation, I carefully pull out a shopping cart from the lineup and begin my quest. I think to myself how could a place like this be this crowded this late at night? Kids were running everywhere as parents tried to get a hold of them. Toys were strewn on the floor, their packages half-opened and items missing. It wasn't a few steps away until I was brought to a halt by a woman in a nursing outfit bringing a half-gallon bottle of milk up to the check out counter. I politely say, "excuse me" and adjust my path to avoid running into her. She smiles and gives an approving nod. Barely making my way through the crowd, I notice the magazine stand that holds all the unnecessary periodicals of the week. Preparing for what I was about to purchase, I reach out for the latest issue of People Magazine and place it in the top part of the shopping cart where children are supposed to sit. I pull back and twist my way towards the main path. I was here for a specific reason; something that has been on my mind for months now. Still a little insecure, I casually turn into the correct aisle. I try to draw as little attention to myself as possible by keeping quiet and pretending to fit in. Spotting what I wanted, I reach my hand out to grab the second one in line; a little superstition of mine. I place my item under the magazine and turn around to face the front of the store. Step by step, I'm lightly sweating underneath my baseball cap. I take a minute to remove my cap and wipe my forehead with the side of my right sleeve. I get to the self-checkout line. Empty. Perfect. Push start. Scan item. Place in bag. Insert cash. Remove change. Place item in cart. I leave the People Magazine in the cart as it only served as a cover up of my real reason for being there. I take the bag out and return the cart to the excessively long line of unused shopping carts. The lady at the front of the store witnessed me pay for my item in line, so she throws me a grin and waves me across. Once outside the store, I felt accomplished. It was like unwrapping the golden ticket and running home to fully witness all the power it held. Trying not to get overly excited and cause a scene in the parking lot, I slow my pace down just a notch. A quick brisk walk to the car and I'm in. Not even a blip on the radar. Completely unnoticed. Perfect. Keys in the ignition. Turn and go. Another day. Another job well done.

Fifty-First Day
Damn haven't written in sooooo long. It's been way to long haha. I figure I'm going to write in paragraph form now. No point in hittin' the enter key over and over again. But anyways, getting back to the point. It's been a while. Nothing new has really happened. Been busy with school, once again. That shit is so pointless. I really want to transfer. Go to a cal state. Get my own apartment, and live on my own. I wonder how that would work out. I really have nothing much to say. So this post might be pointless. I'll try to think of the things that I've done over these past few months as I write this. Holiday's aren't holidays anymore. They're just normal days. Family dinners. No one celebrates Halloween or Christmas as much anymore. I guess because we're not 6 years old again right? Oh well. I finally got shit for my camera. A wide angle lens, a mic, and a light. Super legit. I can't wait to film stuff. But I just don't know what to film yet. Maybe I'll try writing my own little script for like a 5 minute movie. We'll see how that works out. I've tried before, but my scripts sound too fake and corny. The dialogue just sounds too 'scripted.' Oh well. I will work on it. I haven't used any 'networking' sites in a while. I deleted my myspace and facebook. All I have is a twitter now. I saw the other ones as pointless. Twitter is also a waste of time, but I want to have at least something. I forgot all my passwords for my other sites like this blog one and ebay and photobucket. My e-mail is filled with password resets now. Haha this post is so boring. I need a deep thought. Something that'll make you ponder for a bit. When I think of one, I'll quote it. Just wait a minute though... Just finished the winter session at Citrus. Took college algebra. Got a 108% in the class. Eazy Peezy haha. Now I get about 5 days off and the Spring Session starts wednesday. Damn I just want to get out of there. It's so boring. No one talks. No one does anything. All they do is complain how much work there is and how the teacher talks on and on about anything. Oh well. That's their opinion. I think that's about it. Haven't done much else. Went to a benefit for haiti show last week starring it's always sunny in philadelphia and family guy. It was so great. I really wish they have another one again. It was one of the best shows I've been to. It sucked when it was over. Was so sad. haha oh well. We'll always have the seasons to watch. Great shows. That's about it. I'm done for now. Off to find something to keep myself busy. Until next time. Enjoy this picture.

Day 50
i can't even fucking think right now
my mind is drawing a blank
a blank fucking canvas
i hate writing
all you have to begin with is a blank fucking screen
then it's up to you to choose
choose what you want to put there
nothing starts you off
nothing helps you out
and you go blank....

Forty-Ninth Day
soooo much to write about
nothing that will excite you
plenty that excited me
i've watched so many movies over these past couple weeks
it's been ridiculous
but it's not just been watching movies
but we'll get to that later
let's see the list of flicks i've seen recently
star wars episode 4,5, and 6
dogma
inglourious basterds
raiders of the lost ark
fanboys
and probably others
all entertaining movies
loved inglourious basterds
people aren't gonna like it
cuz of the talking and subtitles
and the fact that the actual 'basterds' aren't in the movie as much
but i thought it was a great film
and i would love to see it again
i've finally seen star wars
and it's really good
the first one is my favorite
i'm a nerd so what
enough about movies
what else happened...
last sunday weinbeezy invited me to warped tour with him
he wanted to see 3oh!3 but they didn't perform till 8 pm
we got there around 4 ish or 5
and all the bands i wanted to see already played that morning
underoath, silverstein, saosin, and some other one
all opened at 11 am
i'm not wakin up that early
especially since the tickets were free
and did i mention they were vip?
cuz they were
we got to chill backstage with some bands
we saw a day to remember as they were setting up
i didn't know who they were but it was still cool
also saw many other bands such as
senses fail, nofx, less than jake, kiotos, and of course 3oh!3
the two guys from 3oh!3 were signing autographs at some booth
but we missed it
so weinberger waited outside to make sure we saw them
so they finally came out to go to their bus
and we follow them
and weinberger snapped a picture with one of them
as well as cisco adler from shwayze
it was cool
the pictures will show up later
also went to the taping of jimmy kimmel live last night
it was great
it was the 3rd taping i've been too and it's the best one so far
they filmed like two shows in one
i dunno why
they filmed some parts that aired this week
and some for next week
so i got to see:
kathy lee gifford, shaq, selena gomez :), a band called st vincent, and r kelly and kerry wilson
shaq was hilarious
he played scrabble on the show and kept makin up words
that fool is huge
a lot bigger than he looks on tv
and talks a lot slower haha
selena gomez is gorgeous as always
talked about her wizards movie coming out
only got to see her for like 20 minutes though :(
then we went outside to watch r kelly perform some song
it was cool
that'll air next week
look for me and cupe on tv!
i was right by the camera before the performance
next thursday at 12 am :)
hmm what else
school starts in about 4 days
and i can't wait
but i kind of can
if that makes sense
i just want something to do
but i can do without all the papers
anddd i'm also taking a speech class this semester
and i don't like talking in front of people :/
it's been a cool summer
not as exciting as i hoped for
but it's still been fun
and it's not over yet for me
tomorrow night is my last night of the summer
we'll see how that goes
last thought of the night
'life is nothing more than just a series of moments'
a quote from a movie
i'll discuss my ideas of that at a later time
cuz it's reaching around 2:30 right now in the AM
as for now
here are some pictures throughout my life....

Day 48
son of a biatchhh man
originally i was supposed to be at six flags right now
but something happened last night
that prevented me from attending
would you like to know what?
well i'm telling you anyways
anyone know where nogales st meets la puente?
well i do
so i'm in the lane to make a left turn onto la puente
and there's a minivan in front of me
and normally the left green arrow comes first
meaning a protected left turn
but i guess not this time
so i'm anticipating a left turn
but the lady in front of me stops in the middle of the street
cuz of on-coming traffic
but i couldn't stop in time
and rear ended her
so we pull over
and there's no damage to either cars
none
but she says she might have whiplash
and she was a little startled
so we exchange information and all that
and went on our ways
so i report it today
and i guess i'm losing my 'safe driver bonus' with my insurance
so i have to pay an extra 50 bucks a month
bulllshittttt
people make mistakes right?
oh well
bastards
we'll see how that lady turns out
i hope she's ok
anyways
i was planning on renting taxi driver
its an old movie starring robert dinero
but they didn't have it
so i rented star wars
cuz i've never seen it
it's pretty legit
i watched it last night
and i'm watching it again right now
i don't know why it's so good
haha
people think of star wars fans as big nerds and losers
oh well
i like the movie
i'm not gonna memorize it though
or dress up like them
that's another thing
i wanna see episode 5 and 6 now
i probably won't watch the prequels
f that
well that's it
hopefully inglourious basterds tonight at midnight
we'll see how that turns out
goodbyeee
another trip down memory lane
remember geosafari!? that's how i learned my states

what about this little character?

couldn't go anywhere without seeing people play this

some of the best poems/stories ever

and of course sour ass candies

Forty-Seventh Day
bored
second post of the day
just got done cleaning my room
waiting for my laundry to finish
this post is entitled
"if i won the lottery"
first off let's take a look
at how much i would get
if i won the mega million lottery this friday
it says 207 million dollars
but estimated value is 130 million dollars
even with that tax cut
it is still a ridiculous amount of money
for one person to have
130 million spread over 26 years
comes out to about 5 million a year
so for 26 years
that means i'll be about 46 years old
i'll be getting 5 million dollars a year
for doing absolutely nothing
ridiculous
now
let's say i happen to win that money
what would i do?
what would you do?
i'd like to hear your plans
but here's mine
first off i'd buy a nice house for my mom
so she could retire and relax and enjoy her life
because she's worked hard all her life for my brother and me
but it wouldn't be like a crazy huge mansion
cuz there's only 4 of us in my family
so that would be unnecessary
so i'd have a big house for my family and me
maybe with a nice pool
and baseball field or something
then a few dogs to run around the yard
have to have a corgi
look it up
awesome dog
then i'd supply my family with cars and blah blah
one car each though
that's all you need
thenn we still have what?
like 110 million dollars left
ridiculous
hmmm
how about i open my own movie theatre?
cuz i freakin love movies
anyone who knows me would know that
so i'd open a nice ass movie theatre
that would supply many job opportunities
and have my own theatre for my friends and me
theatre number 1
for like midnight showings and stuff
awesome
but life's not all about fun and games my friend
you still have to think about others
so with this ridiculous amount of money i have
i'd donate more than a million dollars to feed unfortunate kids
kids who don't have parents to take care of them
kids who don't have parents to buy them a car
or take them on a vacation
or do something for them that we see as normal
but are we grateful for it?
i'm sure they would be
that's all i could think of at the moment
i've thought of other stuff too
but i cannot remember it all right now
one thing i wouldn't let happen
would be to let the money control me
i'd still go to school and get a degree in something
maybe film
cuz what's the point of having the opportunity to go to school
if you don't take advantage of it?
that's what i'd do
again i'd like to hear your thoughts
any will be fine
thank you

Day 46
up pretty early today
well not really
i see 10 am as pretty early
anyways
day at disneyland
split parking- 6 dollars
churro- 3 dollars
jack in the box after- 4 dollars
sweet
let me explain
my good friend loyo had extra park hopper tickets for disneyland yesterday
so i had one and i had an extra to bring whoever
so i bring ivan and we're on our way to the happiest place on earth
we get there around 6 ish
and we head over to the ca adventure
cuz i haven't been on that rollercoaster ride in a while
but we decide to hit up tower of terror first
so we head over in that direction and we get there
60 minute wait!
ridiculous
i say no way my friend
so we get fast passes and go to the roller coaster
california screamin as they would call it
that line moves pretty fast
got on in like 20 minutes
then we go on that
then back to terror tower
then we head over to toy story
that ride is legittttt
i've never been on it before
the wait was like almost an hour
but pretty worth it
i wish they had more rides like that
buzz lightyear just lost it's excitement
anyway
i don't wanna bore you with all the pesky little details
i would go on forever
i need to see the classic disney movies again
in one of the windows of the store
they had a little model of the rescuers
of the two mice riding on top of the huge bird
brought back memories mannnn
well that's about it
we'll see what happens today
until then here's a little slideshow
the talking mr potato head. his eyes didn't come out :/

our toy story scores. i won a beaver

us shootin some alien bad guys

little wall-e action figure

and wall-e's number one girl eve

Day 44
quick post right now
busy day yesterday
woke up around 8 ish
got ready and left for ucla
got there a little after 11
worked on a show called 'how i met your mother'
it was pretty fun
the only bad part was that there were about 300 people there
it was for a college classroom scene
i guess the main character of the show becomes a professor
and we're his 'students'
you'll see why i added quotes to that if you see the episode
it was fun though
took about 10 hours to film
but we just sat there
they told us to bring our laptops
i couldn't get wi fi though
cuz i needed a ucla account :/
but i just played solitaire and a little of rollercoaster tycoon 2
and read my book for a little too
the main guy is funny
he was pretty chill
and we all had a few laughs
good stuff
however i wasn't expecting to get out so late
i guess they had to get many different camera angles
so it took a while to film a section
then cut and move the camera to get the reverse angle
so we ended up getting dismissed at 10:18
and i had to rush over to chino hills
to meet the friends to see the midnight of district 9
i made it and let me tell you
that movie was a trip
at first you're like ok this is dumb
aliens walking around with humans and talking
but it actually gets better
the main guy was a great lead actor
and it's funny how he says 'fuck'
he always says 'fook' or 'fooking'
but the movie was cool
not cheesy effects
decent action that was necessary and not over the top
it actually fit into the story
which was good
it's a trip
you gotta see it to know what i'm talkin about
i won't say any 'spoilers'
but it's cool
kinda gross too
and unintentionally funny
like they weren't going out of their way to make it funny
they kept the seriousness of the movie
anyways i'll stop for now
i'm watchin the 1989 Batman movie
with my boy J nicholson
i'm out for now
good day....

Thirty-Third Day
wow got a lot to write about
where to begin
apparently i haven't updated this thing in a while
let's start shall we?
hmm not a very big exciting weekend
saturday hung out with joseph and christina and her friend laura
and her out-of-town new jersey friend caitlin?
i think that's how you spell her name
we didn't do much though
met them at petsmart
looked at rats
then went to best buy
cuz i wanted a little mouse for my laptop :)
too bad it doesn't make sound effects though
cuz that's what everyone was doin when they saw it
after that event
we went to fazoli's
which is still really bomb
got a lotta food for about 7 bucks
and unlimitied breadsticks are back :)
oh yea
and it upsets me when people mock my parking skills :(
after that
went to joseph's to chill
he watched entourage online
i rented 2001: A Space Odyssey
that movie was complete bullshit
i don't even want to get into it right now
i get all the messages it was sending
and how it's trying to make you think about life
but shit was way too boring
and i read up about it
and apparently it's a stoner movie
that was popular in the 60's
moving on
monday morning
woke up at 4 AM
to get ready and be in LA by 6 o clock
why you ask?
i got booked for a show called the mentalist
never heard of the show
but apparently others have
anyways
i had to bring crutches to pretend like i had a broken leg
and it was a scene where we were walking through a hallway
that leads into a courthouse
it was alright
they didn't feed us though :(
but we only stayed for like 3 hours
but i got paid for the full 8 :)
after that
since i got done so early and i was in LA
i decided to visit my mom at work cuz i never have
the last time i went there, i was probably 10 or 11
so i meet my mom in front of her building
and we go down the parking structure to park my car
and my front axel broke as we were driving down
we just heard a loud pop
and at the bottom of the hill
i tried to give it gas
but the car would just shake and not move
so we called AAA and they came about 2 hours later
and they took my car to my mechanic
about 200 bucks to fix it :/
that's about it for the week
oh yea
and i got some news that is pretty sad
as you all know i am friends with joseph and rick
and today they board a plane for tokyo for 10 days :/
what to do for ten days?
i have no idea
have fun my friends
that is all
wait
while at my mom's work
i just felt like taking pictures with my phone
here they are
the fake background at the mentalist set

the book i'm reading
where to begin
apparently i haven't updated this thing in a while
let's start shall we?
hmm not a very big exciting weekend
saturday hung out with joseph and christina and her friend laura
and her out-of-town new jersey friend caitlin?
i think that's how you spell her name
we didn't do much though
met them at petsmart
looked at rats
then went to best buy
cuz i wanted a little mouse for my laptop :)
too bad it doesn't make sound effects though
cuz that's what everyone was doin when they saw it
after that event
we went to fazoli's
which is still really bomb
got a lotta food for about 7 bucks
and unlimitied breadsticks are back :)
oh yea
and it upsets me when people mock my parking skills :(
after that
went to joseph's to chill
he watched entourage online
i rented 2001: A Space Odyssey
that movie was complete bullshit
i don't even want to get into it right now
i get all the messages it was sending
and how it's trying to make you think about life
but shit was way too boring
and i read up about it
and apparently it's a stoner movie

Day 42
haven't posted in a while
well at least i don't think
and what i think is all that matters
just kidding mann...
so what has happened so far?
last night saw funny people
the projection was messed up so we couldn't really get the full effect of the movie
but it was still good
don't expect a laugh out loud raunchy gross out comedy
but it was still funny and the story was great
i wanna see it again
it's up to you whether you think it's funny or not
it's got a lot of dick references though
so prepare for that
but i liked it
it's like two movies in one
and it's good
it works with all the cameos too
who's down to go see it?
what else has happened?
umm i finally paid for my classes
i am now officially attending citrus for the fall
registering for college is straight bullshit now
sorry for the language
it's so hard to get classes
the shit fills up within the first day
the classes i wanted were full
and i had a registration date two days after it started
ridiculous
and with the budget cuts
there's not a lot of classes anymore
some are completely gone
like the film class i took last semester
the teacher is gone
maybe off to a better career?
but yea
i don't even wanna think of the parking situation
it's gonna be ridiculous
oh well
list of movies i want to see this year
funny people - check (but want to see once more)
inglorious basterds
taking woodstock
big fan
zombieland
anddd
no homo but i wanna see (500) days of summer
well i'm off to go do something
what is it?
i do not know
that is up to me to find out
good day

Forty-First Day
just got home about an hour ago
from my little extra work
pretty interesting day actually
lets start from the beginning
so i get booked for the show called cougar town
its a new show coming out later this year i think
buttt before we get to that
on my way to the show
it was in van nuys
so i'm on the freeway driving in some traffic
and i look over
and see a weird classic hot rod type car
and as i'm driving past it
it's jay freaking leno driving it
it was a trip
i should've taken a picture of him
but that would be dangerous
anyway so i get to the high school
where they're filming a football scene
i'm in the little crowd sitting next to the actors
so i figure i'll just be a random person far away from everything
butt noooo
in comes courtney cox
monica fucking gellar
excuse the language
but i'm sitting about three people away from her
it was a trip
considering i used to watch friends all the time
i was kinda starstrucked by her
i think she caught me staring a couple times
i didn't care
she's monica freaking gellar
she's pretty nice too
talked to us and stuff
she messed up her lines so badly
couldn't say one line to complete the shooting
then she got it and everyone cheered
it was cool
the show looks ok
pretty decent i guess
but oh well
it was fun
now i'm gonna fall asleep and sleep forever
buttt
funny people is tomorrow at midnight
who's down to go?
we'll see tomorrow
goodnight...

i could've taken a better pic :/

Day 40
just feel like sending out a post real quick
did a lotta nothing today
finally watched harry potter and the goblet of fire
i could've seen it awhile ago
but someone misplaced it with treasure planet
i won't mention any names though
hmm what else happened today
got a lotta sleep in
which is good
because i feel like i'm getting sick
strange because of the hot weather
on friday
the family and i drove down to san diego
to see a george lopez stand up show
it was cool.
he's basically repeating his 'why you crying?' act
which is the funniest show he's ever done
well let me tell you a story
of what happened before the lopez show
well we went to san diego during the day to hang out and eat there
we went to a restaurant called dick's
it was cool
i've been there before so it's no surprise
their trademark is that they treat you like a dick
they'll cuss at you or talk shit to you
it's pretty funny
then down the street from the restaurant was the san diego convention center
and what was going on there you ask?
it was comic-con weekend
so we see all the little nerds dressed up in comic book costumes
walking around the streets and taking picutres
i saw a guy dressed up as wolverine with his home-made claws
i saw the joker
i saw bender from futurama
and some other cool cats
annddd for some reason
hugh hefner's new twin girlfriends had a truck set up on the street
they were signing autographs and taking pictures
pretty neat i think
well that's about it.
hopefully sleep will cure my headache
oh and i just finished alice in wonderland right now
finallyyy
never seen it before
happy un-birthday to me!

Thirty-Ninth Day
good evening...
tired.
sleepy.
lazy.
wanna know why?
so i wake up today around 8 ish
that's in the morning
for a day full of raging waters magic
it was a lot smaller than i thought it was
maybe cuz the last time i went
i was probably 9 or 10
so we get there about 10 ish
its about 100 degrees outside
but it was fun
we covered the park in like two hours
first ride was thunder rapids i believe
jordan tried pushing cupid out of the raft
he failed
then we went on many other rides
the best one in my opinion was raging racers
there's like 8 lanes
and you go down on a single raft on your stomach
it was a rush
hmmm what else happened?
oh yea i got some good news
i finally have a tan line
there is finally a noticeable color difference in skin tone
it is amazing
didn't get burnt though so it's ok
umm jordan's bro josh almost got into a fight kinda
remember the little thing where you walk across the lily pads
and you hold yourself up with a rope?
well josh and i tried to race across it
but some asian guy was having trouble in josh's lane
so he got stopped from winning the race
then later the asian guy comes to confront him
saying he gave him attitude when he was behind him
i guess he has little insecurity issues haha
oh well nothing happened...
so 9 hours of walking around and getting soaked
it was fun
we might go again
some bombie girls there
too bad they're like 16
so they can't be bomb
cuz it would be illegal
or they'll be like 20 something or 30
but hey who doesn't like a challenge
well that's about if for my day
got home a little while ago
rented smokin aces
never seen but hear good things
i might watch that tonight
or just pass out
we'll see how that turns out
until then
stay classy.
goodnight...

Day 38
hello there
my name is brian
the weather is hot outside
the taco guy just got here to set up his station
and i just finished watching a movie
wanna know what movie?
one flew over the cuckoo's nest
one of my favorite movies ever
everything about it is great
great characters
great direction
great story
great message
but wait
it's based on a book?
no wayyy
how could that be
it's true though
director milos forman managed to tell us a great story
that is derived from a novel
written by ken kesey
the only noticeable difference is that
the point of view isn't of chief bromden
but instead of mcmurphy's
still good in many ways
that's all i can say about it
go out and see it
or i might let you borrow it
well today is saturday
very chill week
been swimming at loyo's a few times
gettin tanned
fired up the hooka last night
turned out pretty well
we decided we might get season passes for raging waters
i miss high extreme
that was the shit
but they took out raging rivers :/
what else happened this week
on thursday
i spent all day at the universal studios lot
worked on a beatles rock band commercial
but due to contractual agreements
i can't say anything about it
seriously haha
well that's it for now
nothing else as exciting
we'll see what's up for next week
later....

Thirty-Seventh Day
kinda disappointed with the harry potter movie
not too badly
but not my favorite one
seemed kind of a pointless story to me
the whole thing was a set up
for the next film
like this just filled up space
took up time as we wait for the next movie to come out
the little love scenes were too much
seemed a bit overkill to me
they spent too much time on that
not much on the story
no interest in the characters
the characters that were big in the old films
were just like background characters now
even if we do meet a new character
they're done after one scene
i feel like they could've spent more time with the bad guys
those villains were mentioned in the beginning
and we find out their purpose in the end
but they don't spend a lot of time with them
i liked them
and feel like they had a lot of potential to do
many things with them
but i guess having the main characters drugged out by love
was more important
the film had its subtle comedy
which ruins it in the end
because you don't feel sad by the fact
that dumbledore has died
he was harry's great friend
but it doesn't seem like a big deal that he's gone
and it seems they get over his death real quickly
because they just discuss their relationships right after
but that's just the feeling i got
they also could've added his funeral like joseph said
i thought the scene with harry and dumbledore going to find
the part of the horocrux was great
they did that well
that's where the movie started to pick up
but this movie just seemed to be made
to inform us what a horocrux is
and to kind of bring all the films together
and give a purpose to them
now it sets it up for harry to find all 7 pieces of the horocrux
in order to kill voldemort
which is what he has been doing all along
and we also learn that snape is the half blood prince
but then what?
does that change anything?
is anything different?
or is he just claiming possession of the potion book?
i feel like they should've explained that a little more
but oh well
it was entertaining for a while
then the horny kids jokes got old
regular harry potter fans are going to like this movie
just cuz it's harry potter
i like the other movies better
can't wait for them to complete the series
